Making art about your current life circumstances honors the integrity of who you are in the present moment and allows you to see your current feeling state. My role is to be a guide in the therapeutic process, providing an avenue for expression and exploration. I will listen in a non-judgmental way, ask questions, provide feedback and collaborate with my clients to cultivate skills and foster the growth of mindfulness, frustration tolerance, creative problem solving and healing from complex trauma.
